I was referred to Mr Warner by my GP as a NHS patient, and seen every quickly. I found Mr Warner very professional in his approach and listened to my concerns. he ordered an X ray which was undertaken straight away. within a short time , Mr Warner explained the results the X ray and suggested a further scan. This was arranged within 7 days. I was then given an appointment to revisit his clinic for the outcome of the scan. On attending that appointment Mr Warner went through the scans with me ,explaining fully in easy terms the outcome and I went away fully understanding that there were no procedures to be undertaken from his specialist perspective. I thank him for dealing with me expeditiously.

I have total faith in Mr Warner and would absoloutely recommend him. I had suffered from a frozen shoulder for months. It effected almost everything I did. I found him very professional and frendly. He knew what the problem was and explained in great detail what was needed to be done. After only two visits I now have 100% uses of my shoulder/arm and no pain.

Thorough consultation pain free operation. Not sure about the anaesthetic in the neck, felt paralysed for ages. clean private rooms. Friendly staff. Lovely porters, good food and great aftercare advice.
